Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
Daily Sales Operations:
Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring efficiency, timely follow-ups, and achievement of sales targets.
Achieving Sales Goals:
Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relations & Negotiations:
Handle escalated client interactions, build strong customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
Training & Coaching:
Conduct regular sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, monitor pipelines, and create improvement plans for underperforming staff.
Strategic Process Improvement:
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with marketing, operations, and management to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to motivate, guide, and manage a high-performing team.
Sales Expertise:
Solid knowledge of sales processes, negotiation strategies, and customer engagement.
Communication & Problem Solving:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and close deals effectively.
