We are looking for a Sales Support & Regional Coordinator to provide high level support to the sales function of Port Services and coordinate functional priorities & activities of Port Services Vice President & Directors.
In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers' port calls as efficient and safe as possible.
What you will be doing:
Sales support responsibilities:
To plan and facilitate internal/external business meetings, conference, exhibitions, and customer events; while working closely with marketing team for external materials, like awards nominations, client communications.
To prepare presentations, market intelligence reports, analysis, also customer sales presentations and business reviews.
To support and coordinate organizational development initiatives, the implementation of sales initiatives & campaigns.
Monitor and drive improvement of customer data accuracy and completeness in CRM platform. Provide CRM user trainings, and any assistance with the platform.
Ensure accurate customer registrations in CRM and operations systems.
Prepare reports/ analytics/ statistics as required.
Prepare deal proposals, tender/contract documents and standard legal arrangements in accordance with all resources within the region and the global legal/tender teams.
Regional administrative responsibilities:
To support and coordinate priorities & activities of Port Services Vice President & Directors.
To coordinate board meetings activities or legal representation update.
To produce legal documentation as required for all the entities within the region.
To contribute to the creation and implementation of key priorities and ad-hoc projects/ initiatives from the Port Services management team.
Qualifications
Formal education to degree level in business, marketing or other relevant degree.
Excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language.
Good management and administrative skills.
Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
Computer literate and good command of MS Office, CRM systems, Excel etc.
Proactive, takes responsibility and delivers.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
