On behalf of our client, a leading tier 1 module manufacturer in the global Solar PV industry, LSP Renewables are recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the project bid clarification and negotiation with key customers. Coordinates the contract review process.
Coordinates on all aspects (financial, contractual, legal and technical) from analysis of the clients call for tender up to contract award.
Lead and manage tenders requirements with key customers through technical and commercial competence to scope and bid for projects
Establish and maintain the partnership with key customers in the industry.
Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments.
Support the coordination with key clients from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
Support marketing activities and market communications
Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers
Requirements
Native Arabic speaker, with good English language skills.
Prior experience in a sales support role, preferably in the Solar PV industry (although not essential).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics, Master would be an advantage
3-5 years successful B2B sales experience in PV/ Solar industry
Proven track record of successful execution/coordination/negotiation of contracts in previous roles (existing customer base)
Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
High reliability and ability to work under pressure
Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
