WE are hiring - Sales Director (Real Estate - Abu Dhabi)

Providential Properties Management is seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Sales Director

to lead our sales team and drive the company's growth in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market reach Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Oversee the full sales cycle and ensure high closing ratios Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and key partners Train and coach agents to enhance performance and productivity Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis for management Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold professional standards

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market (required) Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Highly organized, strategic thinker, and results-oriented
