The Sales Supervisor - HORECA is responsible for driving sales growth within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) segment. The role involves leading a sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting company products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and motivate the HORECA sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in the HORECA sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and related clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies.
Ensure timely execution of sales orders, contracts, and agreements with clients.
Conduct regular visits to key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor / Sales Executive in the HORECA segment.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage / FMCG products and the HORECA market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in HORECA
