Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts for the UAE
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
Creating Joint Business Plan with Key customers
Carry out Horeca Channel\'s daily operations
Communicate effectively and efficiently with both colleagues and customers
Monitor sales data and activities and report to Horeca Channel Sales Manager; includes sales, stock balance, customer information, customer feedback, issues and concerns
Monitor Horeca Channel\'s accounts receivable and sales transactions, follow up on timely orders delivery and other concerns related to orders and payments
Actively participate in Horeca Channel\'s sale process daily and take necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front-line relationship with key customer accounts
Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights
Enter sales data for sales reports
Attend events when required
Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department
Follow instructions from and report to Horeca Channel Sales Manager
Offering and selling products to chain hotels, restaurants, catering/ cafes / bar / lounge, sports, and tourism venues
Overseeing employee\'s performance to ensure that they are given appropriate tasks and assignments
Plans employee shifts and work schedules according to operation needs
?SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Should have UAE Driving License and Car
Should have Excellent communication skills
Have at least with 3-5 years\' experience in a Supervisory role in a HORECA market
