Sales Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Sales Supervisor for our company. The Sales Supervisor will responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all products through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales. Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. Formulate pricing policies and accuracy. Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
