Job Description

* Must have Previous work experience as a Sales Supervisor in Fitness industry for not less than Three (3) years. * Supervise day-to-day operations of the sales team and manage the entire operation of the Gym in order to achieve the monthly sales target. * Organize educational training, seminars and meetings for sales team for professional growth. * Establish and maintain communication standards with Field Sales, Sales Leadership and the Customer Operations team. * Offer extensive creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to think "outside the box" to meet our customer's requests and expectations. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically. * Outgoing and energetic seeking to expand their sales career in the fitness industry. * Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads. * Interested in further development of their professional skills in sales, marketing, lead generation, social media, building and retaining clients, and growing a business. * Professional, punctual, reliable and neat. * Provide exceptional level of customer service at the Gym to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email. * Establish and maintain an active referral system with the sales team. * Work with Gym Management team to manage all aspects of Gym operation and achieve goals. * Establish and maintain the standard company protocol for sales tours and price presentation.
