We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department at a TNFX - Dubai Office. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their investment needs, provide personalized advice, and build long-term relationships. Maintain a deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, investment products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate and educate clients about the company's offerings. Generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve individual and team sales targets through effective relationship building, negotiation, and sales strategies. Stay informed about market trends, economic events, and geopolitical factors that impact currency markets to provide timely and accurate market insights to clients. Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information. Participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand networks, represent the company, and promote its brand.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.] Fluent in English Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role within the Forex industry is a must. Strong knowledge of financial markets, Forex trading platforms, and investment products. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and meet deadlines in a competitive sales environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
