We are seeking an experienced

Sales Manager

with a strong background in the

Forex/CFDs trading industry

to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in driving client acquisition and retention but also demonstrate a professional and engaging

social media presence

that strengthens the company's brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee

sales strategies

to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales specialists to maximize performance and client satisfaction. Identify and engage with high-potential clients, including retail and institutional investors. Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and onboarding to client relationship management. Collaborate with marketing teams to design

campaigns, webinars, and promotional content

tailored to forex traders. Leverage personal

social media presence

(LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, attract leads, and establish the company as a trusted name in the forex market. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches. Ensure compliance with

regulatory frameworks

and company policies across all sales activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Sales Manager

(minimum 5 years), preferably within the

forex/CFDs industry

. Deep understanding of

trading platforms, financial instruments, liquidity providers, and client acquisition channels

. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Professional appearance with a confident and engaging personality. Active and influential presence on

social media

, with the ability to create engaging content and connect with the trading community. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred). Fluency in English; additional languages ( Russian, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
