Job Title: Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker + UAE Driver's License Required)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker and must hold a valid UAE Driver's License for regular client and field visits.

Mandatory Requirements:

Arabic Speaker (Fluent)

Valid UAE Driver's License

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the sales team to reach monthly and quarterly targets

Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations

Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners

Identify and pursue new market opportunities

Negotiate contracts and finalize sales

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery

Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in the UAE (Mobility/Medical Equipment background is an advantage)

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer behavior
