car rental company in Dubai

seeking an experienced

Sales & Office Manager

with

strong UAE car rental experience

to manage day-to-day office operations and drive sales growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role suitable for someone who understands

car rental operations, RTA processes, and customer management

in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive corporate and retail car rental sales (daily, monthly, long-term)

Prepare quotations, rental agreements, and customer contracts

Follow up enquiries, renewals, and outstanding payments

Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation

Ensure full compliance with

RTA, Salik, traffic fines, and vehicle registration

Coordinate vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and de-registration

Liaise with Tasjeel, Shamil, insurers, and government portals

Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and contract records

Handle customer issues and ensure high service standards

Requirements (Mandatory)

3-5 years' experience in the UAE car rental industry

Previous role in

sales, office management, or operations

within a car rental company

Strong, verifiable references

Good knowledge of

RTA procedures, Salik, and UAE traffic regulations

Excellent spoken and written

English

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a growing business environment

Applicants without UAE car rental experience will not be considered.
