proactive and detail-oriented Authority Coordinator
to join our team at a leading multidisciplinary consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all authority-related submissions, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining compliance with local regulations across
Dubai and Abu Dhabi
projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle submissions and coordinate approvals with relevant Dubai and Abu Dhabi authorities including:
Dubai:
Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, RTA, Nakheel, etc.
Abu Dhabi:
ADM, DMT, TAQA, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, Civil Defense, etc.
Track and follow up on permit applications, NOC requests, and all authority communications.
Ensure all designs, drawings, and documentation meet authority requirements.
Maintain accurate records of submission statuses, feedback, and regulatory updates.
Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants to prepare necessary documentation.
Attend authority meetings or site visits as needed to facilitate coordination and resolve issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience coordinating with Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi authorities.
In-depth knowledge of submission portals, permit systems, and authority workflows in the UAE.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control platforms.
.Fluent in English; Arabic is must .
