We're looking for a Sales & Relationship Manager who can not only drive new sales but also build and nurture strong client relationships that lead to long-term success.
Role Overview:
As a Sales & Relationship Manager, you'll combine consultative sales with relationship management. You'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, enrolling them into our programs, and ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction. This dual focus on growth and retention makes you a key driver of both revenue and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients via
WhatsApp, calls, social media, networking
, and referrals.
Conduct consultative sales conversations, discovery calls, and product presentations (
Zoom, webinars, or in-person
).
Build and maintain trust-based client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and relationship KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing on lead follow-up and with client success teams on onboarding and engagement.
Track and report all activities in the
CRM
with accuracy.
Gather client insights and market feedback to optimize offers, messaging, and sales processes.
Represent Dream Come True at webinars, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or relationship management (education, real estate, trading/finance, or high-ticket sales preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong consultative selling and client relationship-building approach.
Tech-savvy with CRM tools and online platforms (
Zoom, WhatsApp, Active Campaign, etc.
).
Goal-driven, resilient, and people-oriented.
Fluent in English (
Arabic, Spanish, Romanian, Russian, Italian & Hindi/Urdu are a plus
).
