The Role

We are hiring Developer Sales Relationship Managers to lead sales partnerships and drive success across Dubai's most competitive market. This role is commission-based with one of the best commission structures in the UAE, designed to reward high performance and aggressive market penetration.

You will:

Build and manage strong relationships with top brokerage firms & agencies Drive and support deals with indirect clients brought by partner agents Leverage your network and market knowledge to expand our presence fast Work with direct clients when opportunities arise (primary focus remains
partner-led sales)

Compensation

Commission-based only (no basic salary) Up to 75% commission potential--among the highest in the UAE Top performers can earn 10x+ typical market salaries
