Developer Sales Experience is Mandatory
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Relationship Manager
to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, driving developer sales, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships, providing tailored property solutions.
Handle
end-to-end sales transactions
with a focus on
developer projects

Liaise with developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and follow-up meetings with potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
Maintain updated knowledge of
developer inventory
, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback documentation.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in developer sales
within the real estate sector (Mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working from a high-paced office environment at World Trade Center 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
