Royalbee is looking for Sales & Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Upsell services and support the sales team in identifying growth opportunities
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Prepare and submit client reports, follow-ups, and service updates

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,001.00 per month
