Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Visits & Estimation:

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and take accurate measurements. Coordinate with the technical team to understand structural feasibility and client needs. Prepare detailed cost estimations based on site assessments and material requirements.

Quotation Preparation:

Draft and issue professional quotations in line with company pricing structures and client specifications. Customize proposals for projects involving tents, steel structures, and related installations. Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and timelines.

Client Follow-Up:

Follow up with clients on submitted quotations to address queries and close deals. Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients to build relationships. Update the sales pipeline and track progress on all active quotations.

Project Coordination:

Liaise between clients, internal departments, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, report updates, and ensure timely delivery and installation. Handle client communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain records of all client interactions, quotations, site reports, and project updates. Prepare weekly reports on quotation status, project progress, and client communications. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through proactive coordination.
UAE Industry Experience required: 4 Years
