Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
? Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination/logistics support role
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
? Familiarity with DFOs (Delivery Follow-up Orders), MRFs (Material Request Forms), and basic quotation processes
? Knowledge of internal coordination between sales, factory, logistics, and accounts
? Organized, process-driven, and deadline-oriented
? Experience in tracking shipments and handling client follow-ups
? UAE experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with cold calling, client follow-ups, and scheduling meetings
Support in preparing and submitting quotations, MRFs, and DFOs
Track and follow up on submitted quotations to maximize conversion
Coordinate with the logistics team to manage shipment schedules and delivery tracking
Maintain updated sales reports and assist in sales performance dashboards
Liaise between sales, purchase, factory, and accounts teams to ensure order alignment and status updates
Assist with documentation related to delivery, billing, and dispatch
Prepare regular internal reports for management and support target tracking
