To drive sales growth and client satisfaction by providing expert product knowledge, sales support, and staff training to cafe and restaurant partners using The Brewery Intl premium bubble tea products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Actively promote and sell bubble tea ingredients (powders, syrups, toppings, etc.) to cafes, kiosks, and restaurants
Manage client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-person visits
Prepare and send starter kits, and custom packages based on client needs
Monitor sales targets and report weekly performance to management
Product Training & Support
Conduct in-person or virtual demo sessions on how to prepare drinks using our products
Train cafe staff on recipes, storage, and preparation best practices
Assist in creating training videos, SOPs, and product manual
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
Assist with sample requests and product returns, if any
Qualifications
1+ year experience in food service, beverage sales, or product training (bubble tea experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
Passion for F&B trends, especially milk tea & cafe culture
UAE driver's license is a
plus
