Bare Beauty Company is seeking a confident,

professional Sales & Nail Trainer

to join our team in Dubai. This hybrid role blends technical training and field sales, which is ideal for a skilled nail technician who enjoys educating others while actively building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-salon training sessions to ensure proper product use and best practices Provide professional product demonstrations during salon visits Promote, present, and sell our beauty products to new and existing salon clients Build strong, long-term relationships with salon professionals Collaborate with the Sales & Training Manager to achieve team and individual targets Maintain high standards of brand representation at all times

Duties & Expectations

Schedule and attend client appointments to introduce or reinforce products Conduct regular on-site visits and sales presentations Research and identify prospective salons via networking, cold calling, and referrals Continuously update clients on new product launches, benefits, and promotions Liaise between the company and clients regarding pricing, service, and support Use marketing tools and data to maximize sales effectiveness Maintain accurate customer records, sales notes, and contact information Provide product quotes and follow up promptly on all business opportunities Submit regular reports related to sales performance and activity Stay up to date with product knowledge, training procedures, and beauty trends Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company with tact and diplomacy

What We're Looking For

Certified Nail Technician or Nail Educator Valid Driving License (required) Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Experience in B2B sales or beauty distribution is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident, well-groomed, and proactive in the field Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results
