About the Role:
Doctorna CRM is looking for a proactive and dynamic Product Trainer & Client Success Officer to lead client onboarding, system training, user support, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will also contribute to content creation, including training videos, help materials, and occasional social media posts. This is a hands-on role at the heart of client satisfaction and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstration & Training
Conduct live demonstrations of Doctorna CRM to prospective clients.
Deliver onboarding training sessions to new clients (in-person or online).
Create and update training guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
2. Client Success & Support
Act as the first line of support for client inquiries and technical questions.
Ensure smooth adoption and usage of the CRM by clinics and staff.
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
3. Quality Assurance
Test newly developed features and modules before deployment.
Maintain a checklist-based QA system to ensure consistency and reliability.
Report bugs, inconsistencies, or UX issues to the development team.
4. Design & Content Creation (Basic)
Create visual training materials, user guides, and video screen recordings.
Design simple social media posts or stories (using Canva or similar tools).
Help maintain a library of branded client resources and documents.
5. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the development and sales teams to ensure client needs are communicated.
Participate in planning meetings to contribute insights from user feedback.
Help improve internal documentation and training processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, screen recording tools).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Tech-savvy with a passion for helping others learn software.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare, clinic management, or EMR systems.
Familiarity with WhatsApp API, CRM platforms, or helpdesk tools.
UAE driving license (a plus, but not required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
