We are looking for a

Brand Executive & Product Trainer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for brand development, marketing activities, product training, and retail partner engagement to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Marketing:

Develop and execute

brand strategies

aligned with the company's business goals. Plan and implement

marketing activities

, including digital campaigns, social media strategies, and content marketing. Conduct

market research

to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and track brand performance. Coordinate with

internal teams and external agencies

to enhance brand positioning and execute promotional activities. Monitor and analyze the

success of marketing campaigns

, track ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure

consistent brand messaging

across all platforms, acting as the brand's spokesperson.

Monitor competitors

to ensure our brands remain market leaders by analyzing pricing, promotions, and customer engagement.

Identify new brands and product categories

every month to expand the portfolio and enhance market offerings.

Curate engaging content

for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Product Training & Sales Support:

Conduct monthly training sessions

for the internal sales team to enhance their product expertise and sales skills. Educate

retailers and sales staff

on product features, benefits, and unique selling points to improve sales performance. Develop

training materials, presentations, and workshops

to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Retail & Inventory Coordination:

Monitor stock levels, analyze sales trends, and

coordinate with suppliers

to ensure timely replenishment. Maintain adequate

inventory levels

, preventing overstocking or shortages to optimize sales potential.

Monitor aging stocks

and develop promotional plans monthly to improve sell-through rates. Provide insights on

inventory management

and collaborate with the team to curate promotions based on demand and sales data. Build and maintain

strong relationships with suppliers

to enhance brand presence and business growth. Provide

purchase forecasts to brands

, ensuring effective supply chain planning and production alignment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum

4 years of experience in brand management, product training, or marketing within the UAE

, preferably in the

baby care & toys industry.

Marketing Expertise:

Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and campaign execution.

Training & Presentation Skills:

Ability to conduct engaging training sessions with excellent presentation skills.

Retail & Inventory Knowledge:

Understanding of retail sales, merchandising, and stock management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time
