Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Sales Operations Engineer to join our Taqeef team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 3 years of sales support and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and multitasking ability. Key Responsibilities: - Provide efficient support services to the sales team to address customer inquiries related to DX projects. - Ensure timely collation and preparation of information required for proposal development. - Prepare equipment selections, costing sheets and quotations. - Prepare technical compliance letters for RAC products. - Issue warranty, proforma invoices, and power factor letters to customers. - Liaise with multiple functions (Engineering, Projects, Finance, Workshops, Warehouses) to ensure smooth completion of customer inquiries. - Prepare HVAC submittal/technical documents and compliance statements for customer approval. - Coordinate with the warehouse delivery of the units on time. - Follow up on the payments with the customer and arrange timely collection. - Upload and regular update in Microsoft Dynamics - Navision/CRM Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent - At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service. - Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication skills and ability to interpret business and/or client needs. - Strong customer service skills. - Fluent in Arabic and English. - Intermediate level of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
