The purpose of this position is to ensure, and implement regularity and control over UNITED GULF relevant workshop related requirements. The Operations Engineer's roles, responsibilities and authorities are defined in order to be incorporated into the existing service activities. For this, UG has identified an Operations Engineer, whose roles and responsibilities are listed below. Mandatory Requirements Heavy machinery or AWP experience Mandatory Mechanical Engineering Graduate Role & Responsibility Overall documentation control relevant to daily activities of Operations Department. Coordinating with Sales Dept. for deliveries and collections ( both rental & sales ) Provide assistant to superior/manager in planning, organizing, and controlling the daily operation and report daily deployment and work progress - To liaise between customers and salespersons and ensure that the equipment is delivered and properly handed over to customers. Preparation and review of Rental Agreements and timely follow-ups for renewal - Responsible for open documents/forms to customers related to Rental Sales Order, and Delivery Order. Arranging deliveries and collection of equipment from various locations Should have a sound knowledge of logistics of heavy machineries within UAE Should know how to obtain relevant passes for mobilization Monitoring renewal of safety certification and equipment Monitoring and supervising Store Clerk's activity Any other related task assigned by the company from time to time Other Requirements: 1. Operational knowledge of the business
2. Logistical knowledge
3. Mechanical Engineering Process.
4. Customer Relationship Management. • Logistics of Heavy Machinery: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
