You will play a key role in managing onsite event setups, supporting sales operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution of registration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Event Setup: Coordinate and manage registration desk setup, technical systems, and equipment for events.
Client Servicing: Act as the point of contact for clients during events, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Technical Support: Handle event tech systems, troubleshoot errors quickly, and provide real-time solutions.
Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team with client requirements, proposals, and operational follow-ups.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical challenges during events.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Reporting: Provide post-event reports, feedback, and learnings to improve future operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in events, registrations, or ticketing industry is a must.
Strong technical knowledge (registration systems, ticketing platforms, hardware/software troubleshooting).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
Strong communication & client-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic work demands.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and team player.
Flexibility to work onsite and travel as required.
