The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong spoken English and a valid driving license are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients based on pricing and product information.
Assist in following up with clients for outstanding payments.
Support the manager in daily operational and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and deliveries.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person when needed.
Handle documentation, filing, and data entry related to quotations and transactions.
Occasionally assist with client visits or market errands (requires driving).
Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Valid UAE driving license
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Previous experience in sales support, operations, or administration is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required
