We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales & Operations Coordinator

who can actively engage in sales while managing operational and logistical support. The role requires balancing customer acquisition, relationship management, and operational coordination to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery. A valid driving licence is required to visit clients, suppliers, and operational sites.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers. Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to generate leads and secure orders.

Operations & Coordination

Coordinate the processing of sales orders from quotation to delivery. Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and suppliers to ensure timely supply and shipment. Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement as required. Maintain accurate sales and operations records. Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline, and operations. Support finance with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit control. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales and operations (preferably in trading, oil & gas, marine, or FMCG sectors). Valid UAE/GCC driving licence (mandatory). Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
