Export/sales Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export and Sales Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end export documentation and assist with sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing export invoices and packing lists, generating sales invoices, creating sales orders, managing stock transfers between different books, and analyzing gross profit margins. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of sales and inventory systems. Qualifications: . BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in business administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field. . Minimum 2-5 years of experience in export documentation, sales operations, or inventory control. . Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data. . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. .
