Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team for various training programs, ensuring that materials are compelling, accurate, and updated.
Organize and update the team calendar, allowing the sales team to focus on strategic activities without worrying about logistics.
Use CRM tools and Excel to analyze data, providing insights that inform the team's approach to different client segments or training programs.
Ensure the CRM database is up-to-date and accurately reflects all ongoing sales activities, client details, and follow-up reminders.
