Sales Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the sales team in coordinating sales activities, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure seamless communication.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team for various training programs, ensuring that materials are compelling, accurate, and updated. Organize and update the team calendar, allowing the sales team to focus on strategic activities without worrying about logistics. Use CRM tools and Excel to analyze data, providing insights that inform the team's approach to different client segments or training programs. Ensure the CRM database is up-to-date and accurately reflects all ongoing sales activities, client details, and follow-up reminders.
Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or coordination roles, preferably in the education or training industry.

Skills:

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Data, Data Entry.

Personality:

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through; proactive, client-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
