Sales Officer
to join our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Provide accurate information to clients regarding services, pricing, shipping procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Utilize and demonstrate strong knowledge of
Dubai Trade
systems for shipping, logistics, and client support.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with
Dubai Trade
processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
