We are a Dubai-based real estate agency working with high-ticket clients and premium projects. We're strengthening our sales team not only through processes, but through what often drives outcomes: mindset, confidence, energy, and communication quality.
Role mission
Build a consistent "operating system" for the team:
? confidence for high-ticket deals,
? disciplined follow-up and contact cadence,
? energy that translates leads into closings.
We need someone who can inspire people and turn that inspiration into repeatable behaviors.
What you'll do
? Run a weekly onsite session (60-90 min): mindset, energy, focus, removing internal blockers.
? Deliver practical sales tools: messaging frameworks, confident offer delivery, objection handling.
? Facilitate case reviews (wins & losses) and reinforcement exercises.
? Lead role plays: inbound lead ? qualification ? booking ? follow-up.
? Install micro-disciplines: contact attempts, follow-up routines, status hygiene.
? Provide targeted 1:1 coaching when needed (confidence, communication, burnout).
? Share a short weekly summary for leadership: actions, impact, bottlenecks, next reinforcement.
What we're looking for
? Proven background in high-ticket sales (real estate preferred; luxury/investments/development is a plus).
? Experience in training/coaching groups; strong public speaking.
? Clear structure + strong presence: ability to drive change in a room.
? Ability to turn motivation into habits, standards, and measurable outcomes.
? Strong English (B2/C1). Russian is a plus.
? Comfortable using metrics (qualification rate, touchpoints, follow-up execution).

? Coaching certifications (ICF or similar)
? Video portfolio of talks/workshops
? Experience implementing sales cadence and communication standards
? Growth path into Sales Enablement / In-house Coach
? Fast decision-making, high impact, strong ownership culture
