Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
Maintain front desk operations and manage incoming calls
Support the sales team with documentation, client follow-ups, and scheduling
Prepare and organize property files, contracts, and reports
Update CRM systems
Handle developers' registrations
Assist with general office and administrative duties
Requirements
Experience in real estate or customer service is an advantage
Chinese speaker is a must and must be fluent in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
