Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant (Sales) specializing in real estate at RIKAZ, located in Muscat. The candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored property solutions, managing sales processes, and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the client journey. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities within the real estate market and effectively communicating the unique advantages of RIKAZ properties to clients.

Real Estate
Sales and Consulting
( 2 + Years )
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
Knowledge of the real estate market trends and customer needs
Fluent in
Arabic
and English to communicate with diverse clients
- Preferably experience in ITC
(Integrated Tourism Complex)
properties.
- Proficiency in real estate tools, such as CRM and property management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused mindset.
- Additional experience in Sales and Marketing. Experience in a sales-oriented role, particularly in the real estate industry
