We are a leading advertising and event solutions company seeking experienced and driven individuals to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies -- with a focus on

event activations, exhibitions, brand experiences, and corporate engagements

-- helping our clients reach their goals and audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing strategies for advertising, events, and exhibitions Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals for potential clients Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) to deliver outstanding event and exhibition experiences Negotiate and close deals, while handling objections and ensuring customer satisfaction Collect client feedback and support continuous improvement in service delivery Prepare detailed and timely sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in

event management, exhibitions, or advertising

Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Solid understanding of the event and exhibition industry in the UAE and GCC region Excellent communication and presentation skills Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus UAE Valid Driving License Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
