SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Assists in writing project briefs to send to short list suppliers - creative agency, website development, digital advertising, printing, and other suppliers for special requirements
PRE-SALES STAGE
Works with the creative agency to develop all collaterals needed for sales
Briefs, liaises between the creative agency and the printer and ensures that all print requirements are delivered on time
Assists in writing market study brief to facilitate industry research and develops deliverables lists and timeline
Checks and updates event data requirements for visitor promotion - including cross check between exhibitor-visitor profile matching
Establishes relationship with barter partners and associations (key industry association related to the event profile
Enlists the event in online event directories and key associations event calendars
BARTER PARTNERSHIP
Identifies media partners according to specific to the targeted industry segments of the event, identify industry-related magazines, key associations' publications and daily business newspapers in the region and abroad and according to specific requirements of Sales Team during exhibitor promotion and according to geographic reach value during visitor promotion
Liaises all requirements with suppliers
Monitors partners on their delivery of agreed advertising items and schedule based on barter contracts
Ensures that all agreed items are given to barters from pre to post show activities
EXHIBITOR PROMOTION
Develop and produce copy for sales materials
Executes email and direct mailing activities targeted to increase awareness about the event among the sales leads
Ensures that all sold advertising spots and items are delivered
Exprom Marketing - Website development and updates, flyers, brochure, participation contracts, letterheads, envelopes, web banners, e-shots, etc.
Conducts pre-show surveys to gain customer insights on how to move forward with event planning, execution and visitor promotion
Assists with VAS product execution
VISITOR PROMOTION
Assists the Marketing Manager in developing the visprom campaign plan
Develops a tracking sheet to manage all visprom campaigns
Liaise with media partners for advertising spots agree in barters
Ensure that the website is visitor-friendly
Ensures that all visprom related advertising opportunities are delivered on time through media partner channels
Develop copy and content for email campaigns and liaise with creative team for the design, web team for website landing pages, data team for the database of recipients and liaise with IT Team for the broadcast
Ensures that all direct mailing activities are executed as scheduled - invitation cards and VIP cards from concept and design development, printing, distribution to exhibitor and partners and mailing by post/courier
ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
Ensures that all venue and special feature branding are submitted to Ops in time for production and checks if all banners are placed in the right spots
Writes survey questionnaires - exhibitor, visitor, delegate, hosted buyer, speakers
DURING THE SHOW
Ensures all printed collaterals are delivered onsite and placed in their right spots- event catalogue, event planners, product directory, floorplan, flyers and registration materials
POST SHOW REQUIREMENTS
Conduct post-show surveys
Liaise with photographer/videographer for the event photos
Updates the website with future event information and post show details
Supplies post show information
Follow up on all inputs for post-show report - registration data, PR report, testimonials, surveys, exhibitor analysis
Analyze survey results and choose relevant information to be included in the post show report

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
