We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in mining for the cement industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and business development related to cement raw materials (e.g., limestone, gypsum, clay) and possess strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, and suppliers in the cement sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.Identify and generate new business opportunities in mining for cement raw materials.Maintain and grow strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, and suppliers in the cement sector.Prepare, review, and deliver technical and commercial proposals/quotations to clients.Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify opportunities.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.Requirements:Proven experience in Sales/Marketing in mining for the cement industry.Ability to prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals/quotations.Existing strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, or suppliers serving cement production.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong market knowledge and networking ability.Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
