Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Sales/Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts at Kidz Factory. This role involves working closely with different teams--sales, revenue, F&B, and digital marketing--to collect useful data and support all business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with operations, customer service, F&B, and finance to ensure smooth delivery of promotions and services. Plan seasonal and themed promotions (e.g., school holidays, Eid, Halloween) to attract kids and families. Work with designers and digital teams to create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and ads. Coordinate with content teams to manage social platforms, paid ads, and email marketing. Organize special activities, influencer visits, and media partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Identify and pursue sales opportunities including school trips, birthday packages, and group bookings. Assist the Finance and Revenue teams in setting pricing strategies for admission, packages, and promotions based on customer requirement, competition, and seasonality. Drive group bookings, birthday parties, and corporate events through B2B and B2C outreach. Analyse customer data, feedback, and market trends to improve services and campaigns. Work closely with operations, F&B, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Analyse market trends and kids insights to identify new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in UAE, preferably within the attractions/entertainment industry at an agency. Strong understanding of social media platforms, PR, content writing, content creation, advertising, and all other areas related to brand building and positioning. - Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills. Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
