We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing tourism company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the inbound tourism sector, strong sales skills, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth. Identify new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns. Track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

Tele Sales:

Handle inbound calls, promoting tourism packages and services. Convert leads into sales and offer excellent customer service. Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up with prospects.

Outdoor Sales:

Meet clients to offer customized tourism packages. Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase services. Build and maintain relationships with tour agents and corporate clients. Generate new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in the tourism industry in Dubai, with a proven sales track record.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools.

Preferred:

UAE Driving License.
