We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in the Cement industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and business development within the same field and already possess strong, established relationships with cement companies.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Leverage existing connections in the cement industry to drive sales growth.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales support.Requirements:Proven experience in Sales/Marketing in the Cement industry (mandatory).Strong existing relationships with cement companies.Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong market knowledge and networking ability.Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
