Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and convert them into successful interior fit-out projects.
Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored design/fit-out solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure accurate BOQs, drawings, and project scopes.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to ensure consistent closure rates.
Identify new market trends, industry opportunities, and potential business partnerships.
Manage and update sales pipelines, CRM, and weekly reporting.
Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
