Generate leads and build strong client relationships in real estate, corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements with solutions.
Negotiate and close contracts to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain market intelligence on competitors, trends, and pricing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-7 years' proven experience in sales for interiors/fit-out/contracting.
Strong network of developers, consultants, and corporate clients in UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
