Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Understand client requirements and present appropriate interior design and fit-out solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and boost brand visibility
Assist and propose in digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, and email campaigns
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, portfolios, and presentations
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company
Track and report on marketing performance metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of market trends and industry players in the UAE/GCC
Ability to manage both client-facing sales and backend marketing strategies
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (like AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus) and also marketing platforms is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings, if needed
