We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our interior design and renovation company. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with or in the leasing departments of shopping malls or property developers, and understands how to build strong relationships with commercial and residential property stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring renovation projects from shopping malls, retail brands, and high-end residential communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential renovation clients in malls, commercial buildings, and upscale residential areas
- Build and maintain relationships with shopping mall leasing teams, property developers, and building management offices
- Coordinate with internal design and project teams to prepare proposal materials, presentations, and marketing kits
- Support in planning marketing campaigns and targeted outreach (e.g., events, brochures, digital ads)
- Maintain and update a database of potential leads and partnerships
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in organizing participation in relevant trade shows, property expos, and networking events
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and lead generation performance
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience working in or with shopping mall or developer leasing teams is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of marketing, sales, or business development experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction-related industries
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiar with the real estate and commercial property landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing network with mall management, landlords, or residential developers
- Experience handling B2B marketing and relationship-driven client acquisition
- Knowledge of luxury or lifestyle branding is a plus
