Salary Range:

+ commission (depending on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business leads for interior, fit-out, and renovation projects.
Visit potential clients, consultants, and project sites to promote company services.
Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with vendors to gather pricing details and prepare estimates.
Maintain strong follow-up on leads, quotations, and project discussions.
Manage marketing campaigns and digital promotion to improve brand visibility.
Achieve sales targets set by the management.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in marketing or business development in
UAE interior, fit-out, or civil contracting sector.
Valid UAE driving license - mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and lead conversion skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven personality.
