to join our Interior Design & Fit-Out office in Dubai. The candidate will support business development by generating leads, meeting clients, and assisting in securing interior design and fit-out projects across residential and commercial sectors.
This role is ideal for someone at an early or mid-stage of their sales career who is eager to grow in the interior design and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for interior design and fit-out projects.
Visit sites and meet potential clients to understand requirements.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals with the office team.
Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover.
Maintain a basic record of leads and client interactions.
Support repeat business and referrals from existing clients.
Requirements
1-3 years of sales experience (interior design, fit-out, construction, or related field preferred).
Basic knowledge or interest in interior design and fit-out projects.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and willing to work on targets.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
UAE driving license
preferred
(not mandatory).
English required; Arabic is a plus.
