Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various sales channels, including online platforms, social media, events, and referrals.
  • Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and develop strategies for improving performance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer queries, and create tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring maximum profitability while providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and competitive advantages.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  • Create marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and online content (social media, blogs).
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement, build brand presence, and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales targets and customer needs.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and exhibitions, both online and offline.
  • Work with external agencies for advertising and PR opportunities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry but not a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering marketing campaigns that generate leads.
  • Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram) and email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, digital lead generation, and online sales strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and targeted content for diverse customer segments.
