WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital communications, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
Strong network of influencers and content creators across beauty, lifestyle, and fashion.
Fluent in English (mandatory). Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in PR analytics tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics.
Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and emerging digital platforms.
Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining a proactive and strategic mindset.
