Lumiere Sweets & Pastries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B - F&B) to expand our business presence and drive revenue growth within the food & beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have strong outdoor sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the F&B sector
Conduct outdoor sales activities, client visits, and market research
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with corporate clients
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and key accounts
Promote company products and services to hotels, cafes, restaurants, corporates, and events
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven B2B outdoor sales & marketing experience in the F&B industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to generate leads and close business independently
Customer-focused mindset with relationship-management expertise
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling corporate clients, catering, or bulk orders
