Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive - Apparel Division (Field)

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, energetic, and result-driven male Sales & Marketing Executives for our Apparel Division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the Arab traditional costume industry and proven ability to develop business, generate orders, and maintain long-term client relationships within the Kuwait market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Arab & Kuwaiti traditional apparel, including Arabic Pajamas, Ghutras, Kandura, Abaya, Innerwear, and related products. Identify and generate business opportunities by acquiring orders from retailers, wholesalers, and business owners. Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Conduct regular market visits and actively expand the customer base. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the Arab traditional costume/apparel industry. Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and local business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios effectively. Energetic, presentable, and performance-oriented personality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience dealing with B2B clients in Kuwait. Existing network within the apparel or traditional wear segment will be an added advantage.
